Lorrie Schenning has served as the Bank's Chief Lending Officer since April 2017. She has been employed by Harford Bank since 2015. From 2008 to 2015, Lorrie was Senior Vice President and Director of Maryland at Peoples Bank. Prior to that, she was employed by Forest Hill Bank/Mercantile Bank for nearly 20 years. Lorrie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Master's of Science in Finance degree both from Loyola College in Baltimore.

Scott Elliott is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending here at Harford Bank. His background includes all aspects of commercial lending and portfolio management with middle market and small business customers, with sales and business development expertise in building customer relationships and generating new business across retail deposit and various commercial lending products.

Scott has worked with many charitable organizations throughout the years to include the Community Foundation of Harford County as the Founder, Past President, Past Treasurer, Distribution Committee Chair, Harford Family House as the past President & Treasurer, Past Fundraising Campaign Chair and currently the Property Committee Chair, as well as Edgewood Academy of Finance as the Founder, past President (2 terms), and currently the Chair and HOF Liaison. Scott is also a member of the Aberdeen Rotary, Bel Air Downtown Alliance, Route 40 Business Association, 755 Alliance and the City of Havre de Grace Economic Development Advisory Board.

Scott received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Master's of Science in Business from the Johns Hopkins University Graduate School.

Jeffery Long has served as the Bank's Senior Vice President since 2022. He has 30+ years of commercial lending to small business customers along with sales and development expertise. He builds long term customer relationships supporting his customers commercial lending, deposit, and commercial product needs. He works to build long-term relationships with business owners that support the growth and stability of their businesses.

Prior to Harford Bank, Jeffery successfully built a business banking portfolio of customers at M&T Bank and Fulton Bank among others. Over the years he has also worked on various charitable boards and committees, with the most recent being Franklin Square Hospital and Archbishop Curley High School.

Jeffery received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989, with a dual major in Business Management and Business Economics from Brown University.

 


 

Jason Dieter

Jason joined Harford Bank in February of 2023 as a Business Development Officer. His banking career dates back to his start at 1st Mariner Bank in Baltimore in 1997. Through several bank acquisitions and over his twenty-eight-year banking career, Jason has spent time in various areas of banking including Retail Branch Banking, Treasury Management Sales, Consumer Lending and Business Banking.

Today, Jason serves as a Business Development Officer where he is tasked with sourcing and growing relationships with prospects and existing clients of the Bank through loans, deposits, and commercial product solutions. Jason prides himself on his relationship management skills and being there for his clients at a moment’s notice.

Jason is a graduate of Archbishop Curley High School in Northeast, Baltimore and later attended Essex Community College and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Lisa Bair is the Vice President of Business Development at Harford Bank, leveraging her extensive commercial banking background to empower local businesses. With over 15 years of experience, Lisa excels in all aspects of commercial lending and portfolio management, ensuring the financial success of her clients.

Lisa is passionate about building strong customer relationships and fostering growth. She has a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities by strategically cross-selling deposit and lending products across both retail and commercial sectors.

Prior to joining Harford Bank, Lisa honed her expertise in asset-based lending and business development as the Assistant Vice President and Risk Manager at First Mariner in Baltimore.

Lisa holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Harford Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.  She is currently attending the Stonier Grad School of Banking at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. 

In addition to Lisa’s professional accomplishments, she volunteers as a Board Member with the Humane Society of Harford County and is the Chair of The John Carroll Parent Association.

Born and raised in Elkton, Danielle began her career in community banking 18 years ago as a bank teller with County Bank. She has served in many capacities including underwriting, mortgage lending, and retail management. She's currently the business banker serving the Cecil County market with Harford Bank. She has a passion for building strong, long-term relationships that help business owners and managers navigate the financial health and growth of their operations. She enjoys partnering with clients in various industries including medical, construction, legal, real estate, and transportation. Peace of mind is the goal for every customer, providing holistic financing options and banking solutions rather than a singular transaction to ensure smart growth, and stability. A graduate of Cecil Community College with a degree in business administration, she is an active member and volunteer in her community, serving as Secretary for Top of the Bay Women and Vice President of the Elkton Alliance.
