Lisa Bair is the Vice President of Business Development at Harford Bank, leveraging her extensive commercial banking background to empower local businesses. With over 15 years of experience, Lisa excels in all aspects of commercial lending and portfolio management, ensuring the financial success of her clients.
Lisa is passionate about building strong customer relationships and fostering growth. She has a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities by strategically cross-selling deposit and lending products across both retail and commercial sectors.
Prior to joining Harford Bank, Lisa honed her expertise in asset-based lending and business development as the Assistant Vice President and Risk Manager at First Mariner in Baltimore.
Lisa holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management from Harford Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. She is currently attending the Stonier Grad School of Banking at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
In addition to Lisa’s professional accomplishments, she volunteers as a Board Member with the Humane Society of Harford County and is the Chair of The John Carroll Parent Association.

Dave Patzer serves as Senior Vice President for Harford Bank’s Commercial Lending Team. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial banking in both the Philadelphia and Baltimore metro markets. He takes great pride in his ability to develop strong relationships with his customers across all industries and in delivering creative solutions which help add value to their businesses. He enjoys networking and making strategic introductions which are mutually beneficial. Prior to joining Harford Bank, Dave worked as a Relationship Manager for Provident Bank of Maryland, M&T Bank, BBVA Compass and OceanFirst Bank.
Dave is a long-time Harford County resident and values involvement with his community. He is an Emeritus Board Member of the Harford County Public Library Foundation having served as President for 4 years. He is a volunteer with St. Margaret Parish in Bel Air and served as a mentor for several years through both the Boys and Girls Club and Junior Achievement of Central Maryland.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He is also a member of the GBC Leadership Class of 2018.

Redmond ‘Red’ Beam is Senior Vice President at Harford Bank, where he leads the bank’s strategic expansion into the Baltimore Market. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial banking, Red brings a deep understanding of the financial landscape and a proven track record of helping businesses grow through customized lending solutions and relationship-driven service.
A proud graduate of Calvert Hall College High School, Red was a collegiate athlete before earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Stevenson University.
Throughout his career, Red has worked with both regional and community banks, where he has specialized in commercial lending, portfolio management, and client relationship development. Passionate about supporting the economic development of Greater Baltimore, Red is dedicated to building lasting partnerships with local businesses and community leaders. He resides in Sparks Glencoe, Maryland, where he remains actively involved in the community.

Eric Buono brings more than a decade of banking experience to his role at Harford Bank. With a background spanning retail banking, business banking, commercial lending, and treasury management, Eric is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes reach their financial goals.
Before joining Harford Bank, Eric served as a Business Banking Relationship Manager at Shore United Bank, where he worked closely with business owners to provide tailored financial solutions that supported growth and long-term success.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Business Management from Washington College. He is also a graduate of the Maryland Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Champion Program, Class of 2019–2020.
In addition to his work in banking, Eric serves as Treasurer and Board Member for the Baltimore County Arts Guild and as a Board Member for the Arbutus Arts Festival.

Jeffery Long has served as the Bank's Senior Vice President since 2022. He has 30+ years of commercial lending to small business customers along with sales and development expertise. He builds long term customer relationships supporting his customers commercial lending, deposit, and commercial product needs. He works to build long-term relationships with business owners that support the growth and stability of their businesses.
Prior to Harford Bank, Jeffery successfully built a business banking portfolio of customers at M&T Bank and Fulton Bank among others. Over the years he has also worked on various charitable boards and committees, with the most recent being Franklin Square Hospital and Archbishop Curley High School.
Jeffery received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989, with a dual major in Business Management and Business Economics from Brown University.
