Harford Bank’s Internet Banking Program allows you to view your account information including transaction activity and to transfer funds between your Harford Bank accounts. You can even download account information directly into Quicken or Microsoft Money. Access to this information is through your personal computer or mobile device and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Bill Pay is an add-on feature of our Internet Banking Program. With Bill Pay, you can pay recurring, occasional and one-time bills without having to write a check and mail the payment. You tell us what bills to pay and when to pay them; we do the rest. When your electronic payment is sent, your account will be charged. For business customers there is a small monthly fee ($5.95) for up to 15 payments made. Additional payments are $.60 each.

Through our Internet Banking Program, you can access your monthly statements of account activity. When your statement is ready, you will receive an e-mail message from us and, upon signing on to Internet Banking, you can review your statement and download it into a spreadsheet format. This is an efficient and eco-friendly service that we are glad to offer.
Remote Deposit Capture
Make your deposits from the convenience of your office. Our RDC service allows you to send a digital image of the checks you wish to deposit to your Harford Bank account. We will deposit those images just like we would deposit your paper check. Save time and the cost of you physically coming to a bank office – even though we will miss seeing you! There is a monthly service charge.
Enhance your cash management activities by sending electronic transactions through the automated clearinghouse network. Common ACH activities are the direct deposit of payroll or other payments and the collection of funds owed. Harford Bank can be your gateway to this electronic network.
FastBanking is a telephone transfer service which allows you to transfer funds to and from your Harford Bank accounts. You can also use FastBanking to check your account balances and transaction history over your touchtone telephone. The FastBanking number is 1-888-803-0250; call day or night.
Merchant Transaction Processing
Harford Bank has partnered with APS, to provide merchant services to our commercial customers. Services include the processing of credit and debit cards, gift cards, mobile payments and e-commerce transactions. Let us put you in touch with APS.
Visa® Debit Card
Use your VISA® Debit Card at any Harford Bank ATM or any ATM that has any of the following logos: VISA®, STAR, CIRRUS and MoneyPass. You can also use your Check Card to pay for purchases at any merchant that accepts a VISA® debit or credit card. Remember, when using an ATM not owned by Harford Bank, you may be charged by the ATM owner. ATM owners displaying the MoneyPass logo will not charge for a Harford Bank transaction. VISA® Check Cards are only issued on checking accounts.

This credit card solution is ideal for mid-size to large corporations looking to simplify the payables process and to have more control over spending through advanced reporting features and purchasing restrictions.
When you need to transfer funds to a company or individual who has an account at another financial institution, you can send funds electronically. This transfer can happen in just one day. You can send funds across the street, across the country or around the world. There is a funds transfer fee for domestic transfers and an additional fee for international transfers.
Text Banking uses the Short Message Service (SMS to 96865) to return fast, simple information about your account such as the current balance (B) and the last five transactions (H). Text Banking is available to all account types once you enroll in online banking
